TULARE — November 2, 2026. Tulare’s adopted solid-waste rate schedule lists $28.63 for standard three-container residential service plus $5 for street sweeping in fiscal 2026–27.
How the published rate is calculated
Together, the two components total $33.63 for the regular standard residential rate. The adopted schedule also contains fees for extra cans, excess service, contamination and replacement containers.
Later years have separate scheduled figures
The rate document shows additional amounts for fiscal years 2027–28 through 2029–30. Residents should not apply a later year’s rate to a 2026 bill, and business or multi-unit service uses different pricing.
Verify the current invoice
Tulare’s Utility Billing Department handles water, sewer and solid waste accounts. Customers with questions about their specific rate, service classification or additional fees can call 559-684-4260.
